Ignore This Golf Training Tool At Your Own Peril

Name one of the most powerful and yet most ignored golf-training tools?

Before I tell you what it is, let me also add that there are a lot of myths associated with this golf-training tool. Most are totally false, of course.

There are a number of people who have taken my advice and have used this golf training tool and some of the ones that I have worked with are in there 70s and 80s. Their games have improved dramatically.

The golf-training tool I am referring to here is weights or resistance training specific to golf.

Yes, I can hear you grown in disbelief. Still, I suggest that you listen to the facts.

Resistance (golf) training can be used in different ways. You can use resistance training to build plenty of muscles but that is not the golf training we are talking about here and definitely not the powerful golf-training tool that I am referring to here.

The kind of golf training that has helped many of the golfers that I have worked with improve their game tremendously is a golf-conditioning program using lighter to medium weights

with more repetitions (12-15). And in a shorter time frame too. Usually not more than 45 minutes.

Yet many golfers eager to improve their game will still fear to dare take the bold step of using this powerful golf-training tool. The reason mainly revolves around the way they picture themselves being the source of jokes at the local gym as they get crowded out by hoards of younger musclemen. Actually you are more likely than ever these days to bump into more golfers at your local gym, than was previously the case. That’s because many of them are taking this golf-training tool seriously these days and the results speak for themselves.

And what’s more nobody will be laughing at you at the course anymore when you take this golf-training tool seriously. That’s for sure.
